NGO Darpan number is mandatory for registration.

Attention All Users :
The Login Password has been reset for all Users as part of periodic security review.
Please reset your password by using the 'Forgot Password' option.
In order to login for the first time into the new web application it is necessary to
register and upload certain documents and information as detailed below. Hence keep
the scanned copy of these documents handy before starting the process of registration.

CHECKLIST FOR REGISTRATION
  • For NGOs
    • Darpan Number is required for registration. If you haven't registered on the Darpan portal, Click here.
    • Equipment details of your hospital must be filled once you log in.
    • Documents checklist: Scanned copies of the following documents need to be uploaded:
      1. Society/Charitable public trust registration certificate
      2. Minimum 3 years of experience certificate
    • Bank Details including Account No., Bank IFSC Code, and Bank Name.
  • For Private Practitioners/Private Medical Colleges/Others
    • Equipment details of your hospital must be filled in.
    • Documents checklist: Scanned copies of the following documents need to be uploaded:
      1. MS Ophthalmology Degree
      2. Two years' experience post-PG
